Rick took our deposit for material as outlined in his quote, but has not contacted us in almost a month and will not reply to our emails or phone call
Rick has not shown up on either of the dates be promised. He said he would prep the floor and provide grout samples on the 6th of august and the install would completed in the middle week of August. The deposit was for $948 for the material he would supply. When we send an email continuing from a previous conversation it never sends saying his email address doesnt exist anymore. We have left multiple messages on his phone because he does not pick and he has not gotten back to us.
