Rich’s Rain Gutters, which is owned and operated by [redacted], installed new gutters in my residence located at [redacted] and my rental house located at [redacted].

The gutters were not properly installed in both houses and leaks are found here and there. I contacted Mr. [redacted] several times by leaving a message on the phone and even sent him a letter by mail but now I have not received a reply from him.

Due to these circumstances, I strongly recommend that his CA license no.[redacted] be revoked immediately. Thank you
