Rich's 4 Season's Maintainance

Review: I had employed Rich's 4 Seasons Maintainance for snow plowing at my home this past winter. The plower took out a large section of the yard by my driveway while plowing, not once, but twice. The grass is scraped up completely and the ground is very uneven. I notified the owner before winter was over. He left me a voicemail on my cell phone stating he stopped by my house, observed the damage, and would repair it in the spring. I have notified the owner 5 times: one text, three phone calls to the cell phone number and one call to the business phone. I left detailed messages and politely requested a response. I have not had the damage repaired, and in fact, have not had ANY reply at all from the owner. I do not own the equipment to repair the lawn, nor do I have the funds to pay someone else to repair it. I am angry and disappointed and want the damage repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like the damage to my lawn repaired...the ground evened out and new grass planted.
