I called to inquire about the commercial program in November 2019 and left numerous messages for Ms Lisa L after leaving 5 messages I finally got to talk to her and she rudely told me she was busy and would call me back when she could. It is now February 5th and I called this morning and left a message and mentioned how she still hadn't called me back after 3 months. She called me back today and informed me that since I said she never called me back she would not afford me the opportunity to enroll in richmor aviation program, she was very rude and she is known for being rude and inconsiderate. Today she denied an active duty serviceman the oppurtunity to train because she was upset. This is unacceptable.
