Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The manager/owner of the business is trying to manipulate the system by fabricating and lying about certain details of my converation with himMost importantly, I have "NEVER" and would "NEVER" make any racial slurs towards him or anyone else In addition, I too am of "Indian" descent and would NEVER make a comment like thatwhich clearly shows he's lying !!! However, due to the LACK of professionalism and their record keeping methods, I did say that I would "NEVER" do business with them ever againIn conclusion, it has been TWO WEEKS and still have not received the copies of the receipts that I requestedWhich he is STILL refusing to give me !!! To whom it may concern, All of our customers have two payment options Credit Card or CashAs noted by complainant we accepted her credit card as a form of payment and was given copies of credit card receipt and tow invoice upon paymentComplainant called a few days ago stating that she needs a tow invoice and was told that a copy will be faxed to her in a few days since the transaction has been almost ten months in the pastComplainant was angry and said [redacted] and [redacted] I said to her don't call this number again because you are a racistSincerely,
On there invoice they say they accept checks, cash and credit cards
I am a business and wanted to give them a credit card the driver went insane and wanted to fist fight my boss, we had to call the police, horrible weirdos

Complaint did used racist slurs to words me.I do not know complaint nationality, does not matter to me.WE do business with all nationality on a daily bases,as a small business we have the right to refuse business to anyone, during the conversation I never said I would never give complaint a receiptI am posting the receipt today 02/**/Thank you Richmond Towing Inc
