The customer was not comfortable giving [redacted] the $288 deposit over the phone so both business agreed that she could give Richmond Limousine the deposit to hold her [redacted]. After the event the customer contact Richmond limousine letting them know she was not happy with the vehicle she was given and wanted her deposit refunded. The business are willing to work together to discuss a partial refund but the customer needs to contact the parties directly.

Review: We contracted Richmond Limousine to provide a 12 seater [redacted] for our boys prom party ON April 25th 2015. They said they had one available in [redacted]. The cost was quoted $550.00.

About 1 week before prom they called and said this was no longer available but they worked closely with [redacted] Limousine in [redacted]. Suddenly the price jumps $100 and there is NO MENTION of a substitute smaller vehicle. We were told it would be the same vehicle/ same size and style.

Richmond Limousine took our deposit of $288.00 BEFORE alerting us to the lack of availability. They said they were going to forward the deposit to [redacted] Limo. THEY DID NOT. The worst part was when [redacted] showed up with an 8-10 Seater CHEAP FORD party bus. The kids were CRAMMED in and very upset. So not only were we OVERCHARGED FOR THE LIMO,WE DIDN'T EVEN GET WHAT WAS PROMISED. We paid [redacted] Limousine $362.00 & Richmond Limousine $288 for a total of $650 TOTAL for a $450 CHEAPER CRAMMED Limousine.

Richmond Limousine assured me they would call [redacted] Limo Monday and arrange to offer us a refund. They NEVER called. I spoke with the owner of [redacted] Limo and he stated they sent what Richmond limo ordered for us! He also indicated Richmond limo never called him Monday.

We are requesting a refund of $288. for the failure to provide the contracted vehicle and for not providing a comparable size vehicle. We were OVERCHARGED by Richmond Limousine Service, for a service they didn't even provide.Desired Settlement: REFUND THE ORIGINAL DEPOSIT OF $288.00 FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL CONTRACT AND FOR MAKING UNACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTION FOR A SMALLER AND LESSER QUALITY & LESSER PRICED VEHICLE
