I purchase a used car about a month ago from this dealership. They appeared to be pleasant to work with but the process ended up being a complete mess.

First they don't have the title on site which was suspicious but they assured me that it would be sent 1 day shipping asap. They also claimed that I will not have any issues at the dmv with the paper work that was provided.

The title took about a week to be sent. To make things worst once I went the dmv they would not accept the paper work that was given to me. I had to contact the dealership again to have something else sent over.

Secondly they helped me order 3 new tires for the car. How nice of them? They had insisted that I stick with the original tires for the car. Some reason they decided to order me 3 summer tires. It is snowing and middle of winter. Now I have a car with 1 all season tire and 3 summer tires.

It was easy to talk with them but horrible process finalizing the sale and no accountability for their mistakes.
