Review: They came knocking on my door telling me that if I used them for my gas and electric services that my bill would dramatically lower so I signed up with them and ever since I done that my bills have more than tripled I have called them several times and told them I wanted them removed from my light bill and they keep telling me they are gonna do so but it never happens and I keep getting a bill that still has their name on it and my bills are still at an all time high and I just called them the other day to tell them once again please remove yourself off my bill and now they tell me they have no recollection of me ever calling and cancelling and I got upset and yelled a little bit and I got hung up on they would not let me talk to a [redacted] or anything now my power is about to get shut off because I can not afford to pay this bill and this is very stressful I would really like them to be taken off of my bill and I also believe they should take them charges off my bill as I told them I no longer wanted their services. If somebody could get in contact with me about this it would really be greatly appreciated also I know another person who has signed up with them and told me that her electric bill has also tripled since she has been with them please help!!!Desired Settlement: I would like them to be cancelled off my bill and take all their charges off my bill from the month of January when I called and cancelled with them.

We are a small oul company in Staten Island. We deliver oil to Homes. We have no business other than customers on Staten Island. I have no idea why I got this complaint.
