After dozens of excuses and calls often not returned we asked for a full refund after 5 months of run arounds. YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANT HELP YOU! since they dragged out the process past the time your credit card company can "charge back" your card. BNF gets your money with no product and no recourse! Even after a long fight and a promised full refund in 4 weeks, they have not sent or even cut a refund after nearly 4 months despite a promise to send it every week for the past 14 weeks. FYI, the owner and CEO is Rude, Dismissive, and has quite a temper. So if you have a problem....good luck. It's the WORST company I have ever had to deal with.
