Our CSR spoke with this customer on 12/14/16 and the customer stated that she did receive the $40 check.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have received the newspaper but have not received the $40.00 refund yet.

We received Complaint ID [redacted] dated 11.14.16.[redacted], our State Distribution Manager sent me the following:I've resolved the Revdex.com complaint letter.... Here is what happened and what I've done to resolve....Mrs. [redacted] payment was posted to wrong account by Richmond, I transferred Mrs. [redacted]...

money to her account and requested a refund of $40.00 for Mrs. [redacted]... I've also talked with Mrs. [redacted] today and I apologized that this has happened... I told her she would be receiving a refund of $40.00 and that I could offer her a complimentary 6 months free subscription to the Richlands News Press.... She was very please with resolving payment issue.Thanks,   [redacted])State Distribution Manager
