The Meridian staff has reviewed your complaint and researched the issue in which you are claiming our company to be negligent with our customer service. The vendor that was assigned to your work order stated that the replacement stove was damaged by you and that the original stove was
also damaged due to negligence on your partThe stove was replaced after several confusing conversations where you refused to return the vendors call to arrange the replacementWe do acknowledge that the vendor brought a stove that was not in a clean and acceptable manner, however that issue was addressed as well. Yes the company did finally send me a refund check , I believe after they were contacted from the Revdex.com.
