I hired richis tree service to remove a large tree next to my home. They brought no ladders or climbers, a 300 lbs man just stood on my in my deck rail to cut the tree down. I was concerned about potential liability so I began to videotape what he was doing. The crew dropped the tree on my new skylight and roof also damaging my gutters and deck. All captured on video. This was July 18th 2019, and although I paid him in full that day, and he promised to take care of the damages, Rich *** has failed to do so, and has failed to provide the name of his insurance company. It just shameful that a company can act this way.
We did damage the skylight and gutter and boardon deck .it was all replaced and paid for in full. My employee that stepped on the deck was not 300 pounds he was 230 pounds and Suffers from depression and when he read the complaint that the customer was exaggerated how much he weighed itsent him into depression and he no longer works with me .what a horrible person to do such a thing. All damaged was replaced and fixed by professionals I have records of the work repairs . I do not have medical records for my ex employees counseling sessions do to him being slandered and pain and suffering
