resolution just an explantion for what happened.  The buisness has an obligation to fulfill the order that was accepted.  This explanation was not given when my order was cancelled.  I had to call to find out what was happening,  I find this unprofessional.  Further I was not greeted on the phone with compassion for the mistake or small offers of resolution but with comments of how that this store will not lose money on this deal.  However, to work towards a resolution I would like to offer a more favorable offer for richies.  I will offer to buy half the number of items for half the order.  This will cut their loses in half and still give me something.  (2 guns was ordered for approximately $450 delivered so I'll pay $230 for one delivered)

We had an issue with our online system which was listing out of stock items as being in stock as well as putting the incorrect price on the items. We refunded every customer that purchased any of these items. We apologized for the mistake and refunded his money immediately.
