I have never spoken directly to [redacted] ***As relayed to me by the Wednesday evening Secretary, [redacted] was unsure as of April whether she was going to commit to the Dance Recital due to a possible conflict [redacted] was to inform us by Friday, April 15", if indeed she would not be participating in the June RecitalAs far as know there was no phone call by Friday, April 15" so I then assumed she decided in favor of her daughter participating in the June recital.An ongoing registered student would normally receive a credit to their account to be used for tuition or sales from our studioI was not informed of a second phone call on April 20"did however check the roll book on Friday, April at which time noticed that [redacted] was absent weeks in a rowthen assumed that she must have dropped out of the class.I would have appreciated speaking directly to the mother, [redacted] rather than receiving a letter of complaintI am not hard to reachOur phone is always on forwarding to my home and office in Highspire when there are no classes going on at our Mountain Road location.A check for $will be mailed to [redacted] ***.Sincerely,Director
