We received your July 13, 2015 letter regarding the fires that started from the candles placed in the client's candelabras that were around the floral centerpieces at Mrs. [redacted]'s event on July 3, 2015.

extremely sorry for this happening and have forwarded a check to Mrs [redacted] for the entire amount she paid for all the centerpieces.
We cannot understand what could have caused the fires as we cannot remember ever experiencing this problem before.
