concerns/issuesCorrections were madeClient requested a month warranty extensionExtension was agreed to and signedClient called recently (end of September or beginning of October 2015), stating that front upper right corner of siding and where soffit meets was loose and in need of refastening, and requested a trip be made because client did not have a ladder to reach front areaClient was told a trip could be made in "a couple of weeks or so", unless it was time sensitive and could not wait that longClient stated that it was not time sensitive, and it would be okay to wait, requesting to just be called prior to coming on whatever day it would beSince then, contractor has been notified of recent contact to Revdex.com(note to Revdex.com: recent initial contact by client by phone was made by husband, afterward, review/complaint to Revdex.com was made by wife.) At time current, offer to make trip by contractor to refasten front area which client cannot reach due to not having a ladder, still stands, but due to seeming contradictory requests by husband/wife, leaves contractor apprehensive/uncertain, to visit property, or contact client
