Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/05/22) */
[redacted] called on 5/13/2017 and asked to have an area estimated for a delivery of masonry sand. We estimate as a free service and recommended 6 scoops for an area requested to have sand delivered. The customer requested against our...
advisement and ordered 4 scoops of masony sand and a delivery to the property for $226.49. The sand was delivered on the beginning of the following work week. After we delivered the four scoops of sand, which is our unit of measurement of sale, [redacted] called with multiple false accusations. First, we only state out unit of measurement for sale as a scoop, [redacted] falsely claimed that we called our scoops yards. Next, the accusations that we stole and did not deliver 4 scoops are false. Third. We were accused of greed and theft. Fourth, we were accused of having cat feses in our sand. We have not seen any traces of cats so not sure how and why we were accused of feses in our sand. Its an impossibility to have sand loaded and unloaded from a dumptruck being anything but a outlandish accusation. Last She accuses our delivery driver of stealing sand by dropping half of the material off before making their delivery.
Our company believes that if the [redacted]s would of not gone against our recommended advisement of sand we would not be in a conflict. Our employees hung up the phone due to anger, cussing, interrogating, slander, and screaming. The company feels it went above and beyond for this customer by giving a $20 customer appreciation card, even when the company was not at fault. Owner
