Richardson Ready Electric exceeded our expectation with the installation of four ceiling fans
in our home. Their electrician, ***, and his associate were punctual, answered all our questions, helped us troubleshoot how to use the remote for the fans, and made sure to clean up after the project was completed. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks!
Thank you very much. It is always our pleasure to make the customer happy and full fill the work order.
This is the 4th visit from this company for a simple doorbell for our office entry. Charged too many hours for labor on most recent visit.
This company installed a new doorbell for our office entry on 3/17/15. We had to call them out on 1/11/16 for the doorbell not working correctly. On 2/14/17 we made another service call because of doorbell not working correctly. Another call was placed on 11/28/17 for doorbell not working correctly. The guys showed up on 12/5/17 and stated that the wires had been pulled loose. I discussed with the technician that the top of the door was worn down so it could be affecting the connection the "ball" would have when the door was open/closed. He stated that was fine but it was because of the loose wires, they reconnected them and it seemed to be working well when they left. The next day 12/6/17 we were still having the same issue of the doorbell not ringing on a consistent basis when people entered/exited our office so I called them again. They returned on 12/7/17 and found that the door contact was worn down and so they installed a nail plate to make contact. I had previously discussed this with the technician because the door wouldn't have just "worn down" in a days time. The doorbell does work consistently now but we were charged for 1.5 hours of labor which included them having to come back a second time. The total time they spent at our office was 1 hour. It is not our fault they didn't fix it right the first time they came. Since they first installed this doorbell for us on March 17, 2015, we have paid a total of $950.58 (including this current invoice) for a simple doorbell. We have received no type of warranty and when I called and spoke with the lady that answers the phone she argued with me that their billing was correct. We would never use this company again for their services nor would we refer anyone to them.
It would be nice if the company would provide a billing adjustment but in the meantime we will go ahead and pay the full invoice amount. Would not like to receive an account credit as we would never use this company again in order to take advantage of any credit received.

I spoke with *** today and apologized for the problems with the door bell over the last three years and the problem with the last service call. She was gracious enough to accept my call and I have assured her we will be back out next week to take care of any problems that have occurred. I also assured her that there would not be any charges for the repairs next week. We look forward to getting this resolved and having a customer that is completely satisfied. Thank you.
