I never received a call that...
the oven was to be serviced. The day I filed my Revdex.com complaint was the day my husband was told someone would be out to service. Depending on what is being baked depends on how well it bakes. Took a meatloaf to [redacted] 12.29.15, it was not cooked all the way. A small meatloaf in a glass loaf pan, baked @ 350 for 45 min. She said she would call her boss bout the issue but have not heard from anyone.
We sent an appliance repair to the apartment on 12-17-15. The oven was tested and found to be 18 degrees off. The oven was recalibrated and as far as we know it was all fixed and resolved.
