We recently purchased a car from Richardson and within a couple of weeks were having some mechanical issues Although we were beyond the warranty period, [redacted] went above and beyond to help us out, not only in getting the issues diagnosed but helping us cover some of the costs I can't think of another business that I have dealt with recently that put the customer ahead of profit like that I also appreciate ***'s honesty and flexibility He believes your word is your bond and operates like the small-town businessmen of the past A great experience I would definitely buy from Richardson Motor Company again
