I have been a long time customer of Woolley Fuel CompanyArt D, whom I had never met, came for the annual service of my oil burnerHe was professional and went above and beyond in both the time that he took to service the burner and in the recommendations that he made

I recently switched to Woolley Fuel for the annual maintenance of my AC and boiler I highly recommend both Art and Joe Both of these technicians were on time, polite and competent I would highly recommend

Art D showed up as scheduled, always communicated exactly what needed to be done and answered all questions Art exhibited a high degree of knowledge about our heating system and completed the work in a neat and professional mannerWould not hesitate to recommend Art to anyone
As a side note, also have our oil delivered by Woolley, and have found Mark to be extremely professional and friendly no matter what the weather or time of year Always a pleasure to have either off these gentlemen show up at our house

Ed was able to fix our furnace issue where it would go off sometimes and not comeback on even after pressing the restart button on relay by replacing the motor...other tech replaced relay box twic, transformer, cell, thermostat etc visits and still furnace would stop working and you couldnt restart it...he has good instincts try and get him if you can

Just want to give a 5-star review for the people from Woolley Home Solutions, and in particular Art D& Chris Jalways helpful and great to work with Art has been here many time and Chris is a first timer with apparently a great futureA lot of years of good service (and repairs when needed)!

No words can adequately express my appreciation for yet another timely and professional intervention by Eddie (Ed P) Woke up this morning to no heat, and was ecstatic when informed that Eddie was on his way to address our issue Over the years, we have learned repeatedly that Eddie will always get to the root of whatever is wrong and get things back up and running in a timely manner Today was another example of that, and given the bitter cold weather outside, we are enjoying having our heating fully functioning again Thanks a million, Eddie P

Art  was out for our annual furnace cleaning He was polite and professional and the furnace is running great

Ed P responded immediately to my after hours weekend call through the answering service He surmised what the problem with my furnace probably was, which was corroborated when he arrivedHe fixed the issue quickly and efficiently I always have confidence in Ed P's knowledge of technical issues

Art recently came to perform our annual service and cleaningHe called before arriving to keep us informed and updated on his arrival timeWhile performing the service Art explained some of the features of our boiler and showed me how to perform a check of the system if for some reason it failedThis included how the computer would reset and indicate the problem area so this information could be used when calling for serviceHe conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner the entire time and I would highly recommend both him and this company to anyone

Today was the first snowstorm of the seasonAbout a foot of snow was expectedAnd, of course, our boiler went outWe called one company we've used in the past and they weren't sure they could get to usWe even called PSE&G (we were desperate) and were told they could come out tomorrowUnderstandable since the roads were so treacherous, but we didn't want to spend hours without heatFinally, I googled emergency HVAC services and Woolley Home came upI called and was told someone could come todayWithin an hour, I received a call that they were on their wayThey arrived earlier than expectedThey were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all questionsOne of the first things they said was, "We'll get you warm again in no time." It's hard to explain how much of a relief that wasThey worked quickly and methodically and were done in less than an hour for a price that was far lower than expected (feared)In short, Woolley Home was AWESOME and we'll be forever grateful for them for coming out on a day in which no one wants to be on the road and giving us heat as a blizzard fell outside

Joe Fwas my service professional He called to confirm the appointment and came within the arrival window He actually left the work area leaner than it was before he started the job I have had an account with Woolley for a few years now and have always found them to be dependable and professional with all of their services

Art Dprovided our home with outstanding service today, as have all the Woolley field personnel over the past years Last year we had the Woolley team convert our 100+ year old home to gas from oil, and that was done professionally We had an issue with a water loop today and Art Ddiagnosed and corrected the problem, carefully explaining how the system would run most efficiently Art easily earns a star rating for today, as have so many of the Woolley team over the years We are very pleased to have such a strong local company who is there when you need them

Art Dsolved the issue with the condensation pump on our boiler quickly and took the time to explain how the system works and help diagnose some other issues we have had since moving into the house years ago (that other services have not been able to resolve) Art is going to return in warmer weather when we can take the system down and resolve the issues
