The staff was rude and acted like they didn't care if they got my business or notI called about getting a belt fixed for my car and the lady I talked to told me to come in on Monday Morning to have it looked at I showed up and she rudely told me well everyone is busy so it's going to be a long waitI had called and set up an appointment for a reason but with it being a small job I just don't think they wanted to deal with meAlso I was told to move my car from were I had parked witch is no big deal but they had no parking at all there was one spot but a guy parked there before I couldI called someone else, as I waited in the parking lot with no place to park, to do the job and with out even looking it up he told me my belt was self adjusting and needed replaced not fixed Triple J had no clue about this I don't think newer cars are there thing I wish they would have told me before I wasted my timeThey are a AAA approved shop and I feel bad for the people that must go to them if they treat others the way I was treated
