I have used [redacted] for years now. He is the johnny on the spot. I have 7 houses in town that I manage, including my own home. I call and he is there for repairs. If I need a new furnace or AC for any of the homes I know I can trust him to give me a far price. I don't even get a second estimate. Actually I got on this web site looking for his address (just moved his shop). He came to my home in a major heat wave, fixed my AC and was so busy he had to run and didn't write out a bill. I need to remind him to bill me.
