Richards Performance Muffler Inc

I spoke to the client today, 2/13/17 at 5:10 pm, and he states that he hasn't received any invoices in a few months.  He also stated that they were inconsistent and an invoice would just appear, but nothing since October, 2016.  Per our records, the invoice 8[redacted] has been closed and we've resigned as agent 6/27/16.  Per the state's database, we're not listed as the agent.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if they do as they say.  When [redacted] from CSC called me he did try to threaten me with other actions from other entities however.  We will see how this all pans out.
