There was an unpleasant incident at this location around 6:45 pm on July 3, 2018. My partner and I were in the dairy section picking out cheese. We picked one out and wanted to confirm the label price with the employee sorting the dairy section. He confirmed the label price as correct. When at the cash register (#11), the cashier announced that the price was wrong. When told that we had already confirmed with another employee, she went to talk to the same employee from the dairy section. He again confirmed that the price on the label was correct. However, the cashier insisted that the price was mislabeled. We understood this may have been a mistake, but asked to speak to the manager about the issue. The cashier informed us the manager was not at the store. We asked the cashier for her name, she refused. At one point I interjected and told her that I don't think she is right, and she replied by saying that I'm not right. I told her that I'm the customer, to which her reply was "No, I'm the customer." At this point a disgruntled customer yelled out some obscene and offensive things in our direction. There was no apology from the cashier and we were so surprised by her last retort that we simply left. The issue here is not the cheese itself, but rather the shockingly unprofessional way in which the situation was handled. We followed the label price, and consulted another employee, and received disrespectful treatment at your store. I'm wondering if you can let me know if this is a general No Frills policy, and what staff is trained to do in similar situations.
