Review: I hired Ricardo do do weekly mowing and other yard service. Prior to hiring him, I had been doing the mowing myself. I had some health issues and was unable to continue doing the mowing. For about a year, Ricardo mowed for me every week. My problems arose last year when he asked me if he could purchase all my lawn equipment that I was no longer using. We agreed on a price. He wanted to work off the sales price in work. I agreed to that. From that point on, he became completely unreliable. I would have to call him to find out when he was going to come and mow. Since at that point, he owed me around $450, I wasn't willing to just let it go. Last fall, he was going to come and ariate the lawn and reseed and also trim all the bushes. We were down to him still owing me around $200. He came back and did the bush triming. He came back one other time and cut down a tree that had fallen. He never did re-seed. When I finally got ahold of him this spring, he said he was having green card problems and had been stuck in Mexico. I have no idea if that is true. Problem is, he never did come finish the work he had promised and I had already paid for, even after I finally got ahold of him. I haven't seen him since. I call and he says he'll be here on Thursday. Thursday comes and he doesn't show up. Now he won't even answer his phone.Desired Settlement: Ricardo is completely unreliable. I want the $200 he still owes me. I will hire a different lawn service.
