Richards Fence

Extremely happy with the deer fence that Jeff and his team installed. 7.5 feet tall to keep the deer out of our new orchard. Very professional. Stayed in contact with me throughout the entire build. I would definitely recommend Jeff Richard fence for you fencing needs.

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** *** ID # ***The fence that I installed at the *** residence was measured by myself along with Ms***I marked on the ground with pink marking paint as to where she wanted the fence to go! I asked Ms*** if she
had a sprinkler system and was the system in the back yard where the fence was going? She said it was. I specifically informed her; as I do all my customers, that I do not have any idea as to where the sprinkler heads and lines are. I then asked her, if she knew where they were located? Her response was "no" I recommended that she find out who installed her system and have them locate the sprinkler heads and linesShe asked me to contact the builder to find out what company installed the sprinkler systemWhich I didI then called back to let her know that the company that installed her sprinkler system was *** **I inform all customers that I am not responsible for hitting any sprinkler heads and linesI have no way of knowing where the sprinkler heads or lines are nor do I have ways of locating them( If the customer does not know where the heads and lines are how am I to know where they are located? Under no condition did I say or state that I would repair the sprinkler lines if they were hitAlso, I never assured Ms.*** that nothing would be "messed up" when I was doneWhen I first met with Ms.*** to measure and layout the fence. She approved the layout gave the OK to install the fence(and said to me via text message which I have,) that she would keep her fingers crossed that nothing would be hitThe statement made by Ms.*** "In the beginning I told him I did not want to install the fence if it would mess up my irrigation system" THIS IS A COMPLETELY STATEMENT! The more I read and reread this complaint letter by Ms.*** I'm dishearten with the lies that are filled in the complaintRespectfully, Jeff Richards Richards Fence
