***We have reviewed our installation and service recordsWe have made a follinspection of the installation as well as the installation practices of many other units within the developmentWe note that the manufacturer's warranty remains in effect on this installationWe are confident that throughout the sales, installation and follservice process the best interests of the homeowner were always what was being proposedAt no time did we attempt to proceed without the homeowner knowing our intentions and reasoningWe do not think we will be able to achieve system operation/performance that will be satisfactory to the homeownerWe propose a full refund of the monies paid ($5600.00) and the removal of our equipment (heat pump, fan coil, thermostat)Respectfully,
