Richard's Electric and [redacted] hold themselves out as qualified and experienced electricians and advertised same on Craigslist I spoke with [redacted] and explained that I needed a line run for my hot tub He stated that he has performed this service many times and gave me a verbal price of $ He also gave me a materials list which included the electrical wiring, conduits and other hardware [redacted] came to my home on November 25, and began the job He "appeared" to do the majority of the work on that date and stated that he needed to come back with a hammer gun to affix the conduit outside to the side of the home At that time he would make the final connections to the tub and to the electric panel He asked for partial payment and I gave him $cash at that time [redacted] returned on November 28, He made the connections but the breaker popped every time he tried He stated that he thought the breaker might be bad and would return th
