I had this firm complete my taxes Those taxes proved to be done incorrectly thus a nasty letter arrived from the IRS I've asked repeatedly for information on how certain items on my form were calculated and haven't received any answer I get answers, just not that answer I have several emails with the firm where they indicate information is my fault (I don't do taxes, hence why I paid your firm to do them) and not acknowledging that they messed up I had to involve another CPA who is fixing the tax issue and also is stunned by not only the lack of professionalism of this site but also the lack of actual tax knowledge They have a bad review on Yelp.com stating almost the same story of mine
