I have visited with Dr. [redacted],  and find him very easy to work with on a resolution. .. it...

appears the issues were a product of an administrative glitch. ..my in process fix to my issues with the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], will take some time, and I find that these upcoming steps toward resolution are satisfactory to me.
