In response to a “simple email”: Richard Real Estate was contacted via email on 7/upon receipt of the bill, as stated in the original complaintRichard Real Estate responded on 7/stating that we would not be chargedIt is unclear what is being avoided by mailing a “check” instead of removing the charge from the statement and returning the funds via EFT as ALL OTHER TRANSACTIONS have been done in the pastIf this was a contractor "billing error” please correct the online statement on Buildium and return the funds in the same manner they were removedIf the check for $has been mailed we will provide a photo of it shredded if it arrivesNOTE: Richard Real Estate is legally allowed a $cash reserve, if the reserve has not been met they can return the funds to the reserve and refund anything additional via EFTThank you
This was a billing issue from our contractor, they had an incorrect address for a different work order that also had remotes for the garage needed This has been rectified and the funds have been returned The original remote were not returned by previous tenant and Richard Real Estate had two extras at the office that our contractor programed while he was out on a service call at no charge to the O'H [redacted] This could have been taken care of with an email or phone call The Accounts Payable Department is always available

Did not disclose all that was wrong with the house. Shame on them.
Who shuts the irrigation system off in Arizona...unless....there is an issue. They were the property managers prior to selling us the house...they knew, the owners knew, awful experience all together.

Great customer service, always professional and courteous when I call. They always give me stright up answers, as well as looking out for my best interest. The owners website is easy to navigate through, and come tax season all I have to do is print out an annual general ledger and give it to my accountant.
