file required documents. My last contact which his office I stated that I wanted them stop all proceedings and cancel anything that was in place due to lack of truthfulness and professionalism. I only new of 1 court date which was May 3, 2015 which Richard Lepore attended so I was told by Ms. [redacted] There was never any communication by them that another court date had been set. I feel that this action by the court was done due to the lack of his responsibility and professionalism.
Also on July 1, 2015 I called the office just to see what my refund status was. The gentleman that answered the phone looked up my case and told me that it had been approved on April 17. I asked him how come I have not received anything from them its been almost 3 months since the approval. He put me on hold and then came back and said he talked to the main office and that they would get it out in the mail and I should have it by Tuesday, July 7, 2015. I was not surprised that this date has come and gone and I have not received anything from.
