Mr. [redacted]. Copies of all referenced documents are attached. 1. Mr. [redacted] signed an Attorney-Client Fee Agreement to retain the services of our firm on August 1, 2017 for the purpose of a Paternity Action/Child Custody & Visitation matter. 2. Mr. [redacted] paid an initial retainer fee of $3,000.00 per the signed agreement, using a Visa credit card. 3. Services were rendered and billed to Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $2,043.75. The matter was ongoing. 4. Our office received an e-mail from Mr. [redacted] on September 26, 2017 with a request to stop services, and to relieve our office as his attorney. 5.
