We have talked and Ron told me the problem with the window. He indicated it could as few as two week and up to four weeks. I will check back towards the first of March if it is not completed.

It needs to be installed first. [redacted] has been waiting. I cannot imagine a manufacture being this slow.

The sash for [redacted] has been delivered to the distributor in roseville mn and is to be delivered To me this week. Once again I have no control over this as it is a manufacture warranty issue and not a warranty from my business . I am doing all I can to help resolve this issue. I am hoping this will be accomplished this week. Thank you.
