Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention.Our sinks are in fact compatible with dishwashers, provided the installation is done correctly.We reached out to our customer directly and were provided with visuals of the installationWe noticed that the parts we supplied for the installation of
the strainer were not used.For the installation of the dishwasher, our customer used parts from another manufacturer to connect the strainerPlease see the attached document highlighting these partsAlso, the nut they have installed appears to be askewIf the parts used for the installation are from another manufacturer, we cannot guarantee a proper fit.We have recommended to our customer that they use the nut that arrives with our sink strainer to ensure a proper fit and will be working with them to ensure they understand what is needed to have this properly installed
