Service was fair inasmuch as the ophthalmologist seemed hurried and bouncing between multiple concurrent appointments. No chance to adequately discuss concerns with the ophthalmologist, and it took a follow-up call to clarify some points which, in all honesty, she gave her time to. In addition, I received a bill for which my supplemental insurance said they would reimburse me, but they stated the ophthalmologist's office should have sent the invoice to Medicare which, in due course, would have sent it to my supplemental provider to pay. In short, I feel my time was needlessly wasted by something the ophthalmologist's billing department should have done, and I felt I was just another "eye" making money for the business. I just felt their approach was too impersonal.
