I highly recommend this company, great customer service and honestI had a well known company come out prior only to tell me that a backhoe was needed to lift so called "huge, heavy" lid, and by the way the price is more than double of what was quotedCurtis Septic & pumping came out, got to "small" lid with very little effort and successfully finished jobI will definitely be calling them in the future for any septic needs

I had the pleasure of encountering MrRichard Curtis during an unfortunate situation My septic system was backing up into my home He was able to inform me that my pump needed replacing He is very knowledgeable and took the time to share his knowledge with me Although, he no longer replaces pumps, he told me where to get a quality pump and what to look for and ask for when getting it replaced He explained my entire septic system to me and told me where I can get the drawings for it to have for my personal records He came out on a Saturday and didn't charge a surcharge for the weekend He was friendly, personable, and professional I highly recommend him!
