I have been with DrC*** and associates even before there were associatesI would say that I have been a patient of his for over yearsAnd what happened to me should have NEVER happened to a loyal patient – heck – it should have never happened to anyoneI arrived at DrC***’s office with a tooth acheMy tooth was crackedIt had been cracked for some time, but never really bothered me, and like most people, I put off getting a root canalWell I knew that one that day, a root canal was in my immediate future, or so I thoughtDrM*** arrived in my room and examined my tooth, and confirmed to me that indeed I needed a root canalHe then left my room and someone from “Finance” came in with paperwork and informed me that it would costs $1,for the procedureI don’t know about you, but I don’t have that kind of money just lying aroundI told the lady that I had $and could get the rest of the money within the monthShe said, “Sorry, you will need to pay up front for the services or we will not be able to do it”I just looked at her and said, I have been with this dental office for over years – surely, that is cause for letting me get the money to them in a months’ timeBut she said, no, you will need to pay the bill before services can be renderedI was flooredAfter all these years of coming here – all they wanted was my moneyI can’t tell you how abused I feltI began to cry and the “finance” lady just walked out of the roomDrM*** came back in the room and said that he would love to fix my tooth, but that he had no say in the matterThe only thing he could do was to charge me $and have my tooth extracted I cried the entire time he was pulling the toothNeither he nor his assistance said a word to meAs I walked out of that office for the last time – all the workers were looking at me like I was some sort of low life person that they had never even metDrC*** motto is “C*** Smiles” – this is only partially true – he only “Smiles” when you give him your moneyI will never go back to that practice again, and warn all faithful patients of his to be careful – you will get the boot too if you don’t have the money to pay on the spot!
