I was in the military for over 22yrs and in that time I had 7 moves. During those 7 moves I lost only 7 shot glasses and a king size waterbed mattress and submitted a claim for the waterbed mattress only. This is the most damage I have had ever. One my bookcases that I made, which made 4 moves with no damage of any kind, had a hole gauge through the back of it. A dresser sustained water damage. Another wood cabinet has its edge nicked in multiple places. Two chairs with wood armrests were gauged in multiple spots. Three folding bookshelves, which made 3 moves with no damage of any kind, were splintered. A wood chip and dip bowl I made out mahogany was broke. Wheels on our plastic totes were broke and were not tapped shut. Never of items in the garage were on the inventory sheets. Lastly all fees and surcharges were not included in any estimates given as requested. I called the owner to have him come aand see the damages for himself and has yet to show or follow up. I will not use this company again nor can I recommend them to anyone else.

On March 4, 2020 sign contract for moving from Orlando to Winter Haven unfortunately the movers don't know how to pack and handle furniture .
I have dresser handle , a Capodimonte ceramic arrangement broken and other things damage. I have called the owner Mr. Richard Beattie 8 times and also Email them to resolve the problem and still waiting for insurance paperwork. I would appreciate your cooperation.
