My son was a patient at [redacted] MD & Associates for over a year. On [redacted] my son and I arrived at a 1:15 PM appointment. I was rudely informed that his time was at 11:45 AM and that if I wanted him to be seen I would have to wait until 2:30 P.M. I explained to the receptionist that I did not have an 11:45 time that our appointment was at 1:15 P.M. I showed her my calendar and all showing what I had wrote down. She informed me that at this time it was considered a missed appointment and that since I chose to not take the 2:30 appointment that the office was cancelling my son as a patient. I explained to the receptionist that my father was in emergency open heart surgery and that I could not take the later time and that I was there at the time I was told to be there that I was not missing the appointment time. She rudely argued with me that the clinic would not see my son and all services would be rendered. I asked to speak with Mr. [redacted] and was told he would not speak to me that he would have to call me back after seeing patients. I never got a phone call from him or anyone from his staff. I find that his office and his staff are highly rude and have no regard to helping their patients when they have a situation that arrises. Their solution is to cancel the patient as a patient and offer no help. I also have requested a refund for my son was charged under the wrong insurance and I still have not heard back from anyone in regards to that matter. I find them very rude and I would never recommend them to anyone. They also do not return phone calls after hours when you have an emergency situation and you leave a message with their answering service. I would advise anyone looking into this office and doctors office to not go there. They are rude and not professional.
