Review: On November the 13,2015 I had an appointment to get my eyes checked. When I went in I already knew that my insurance did not cover my frame but Did cover my lenses. After the appointment I let them know that I would drop off my frames, which I purchased with them last year, next month because I was going out of town and I needed my glasses. I wear my glasses every day at all times because my vision is bad. On December 10, 2015 I went into the office to drop of my glasses and was told the amount I had to pay. I asked if I can leave the minimum amount and the rest I will pay when I pick my glasses, which usually takes about a week. The young lady at the front desk informed me that she would give me a call as soon as they were ready, and I left. The following week on December 16,2015 I received a call from them and they informed that they had broke my frames. I was hoping to hear that because of this issue they were going to take a little longer but that they would resolve the issue, but I was wrong. They tell me they take "No Responsiblility" for breaking my frames but if I would like I could go to their office and purchase the same style frames, since they had them in stock. I was highly upset because they did not inform me of their "Policy" nor did they have me sign a form stating that they took no responsibility in case something like this happened. On December 21,2015 my mother went into the office and all they offered was a 50% off the new frames.Desired Settlement: What I want is for them to pay full price on the frames being that they broke my frames, did not mention the policy to me in written not verbal form. If they can not I would like my glasses back in the condition I dropped them off plus the deposit I had left the day I took them in!
