Just finished putting on a new roof and gutters and we couldn't be more pleased with the results This is the second time we have used Rich's Home Exteriors They installed our vinyl siding several years ago and did an excellent job Installers were very professional and cleaned up our property daily We highly recommend them not only for the quality of their product but for their attention to detail

In on October *** * *** *** contacted Rich's Home Exteriors LLC about concerns with their windowWe both opted to wait until spring due to the oncoming winter
On May 28, I contacted the manufacturer to see what course of action to pursue
I never said I had a dispute with the manufacturerI was exploring options in order to help herInstallation was never once mentionedWe will replace the window
