Rich Smith Estates

I have called, sent emails, left voice messages regard a 3 bedroom duplex for
rent. I was told today by [redacted], the manager that she would fax me an application, but knew when I hung up the phone that she had no intentions in doing so. I have gotten no response to my emails, voice messages, messages left with the answering service nor a fax. I even called corporate office today and was told that they would sent her an email. This is a poor business practice that needs to be investigated into by corporate office, that is, if they care about the way clients are being treated.

I feel strongly that the reason behind it is because I am from the north and I'm not a local, though, I have lived/worked there for several years before. Where I'm from this would be a discrimination case because of origin..
