In response to this complaint, I spoke with this client on several occasions, I always responded to her text messages and emails and kept her informed of delaysI never once ignored a message or told her she wasnt going to get a refundShe requested a refund for albums she purchased and I informed
her that the refund comes from the merchant that I useI couldnt give her an exact date of when she would receive the refund and she proceeded to get very angry stating she wanted it then because she needed it because she was buying a new house and wanted it that dayI told her I wasnt sure how long the process was for the merchant but im sure it wasnt to long maybe a few daysAs far as the wall portrait, everything gets delivered at the same timeI keep my prices low for my clients so that they can receive beautiful images for a fraction of what other photographers at my skill level chargeI do this by doing all the work myselfI do my own album design, my own editing, and run the business solely on my ownEach client is aware of this at our first meetingthey are also made aware that this is a second job for me and not my primary job as I work full time in another field as wellThis is not a problem for other clients because they realize the value they are getting with the low cost of the photography packagesMrs*** decided to take this issue to court so I will let the courts rule and she will receive her refund when they do so, After a poor unfair review here as well as *** and the mention of a law suit I will let the court system do their jobs as I will no longer have any contact with this client as adviced by my legal council.Thank you*** ***
