Review: On the contract he gave me the business resides in [redacted], Md. [redacted] Md. does not show up on his contract it is P.O. Box [redacted], Md. Your form will not take [redacted].We contracted to have our steps replaced in our back yard on May 23,1914. One step was three feet wide and the other was 8 feet wide and as of September 18 they are not totally complete.After we signed the contract, we had to wait for him to start. It was about three weeks to a month before he started. He finally got them around the end of June. After they dried, I went to step on the lg. step and my foot was slanting downward. I called him, he came to look at them and agreed and said that there is a compound that will adhere to the concrete and he will build up the front part of the step. He came and did it but neglected to put the plaster on the riser of the step so I now have large drips running down the steps. I have called him and he is putting me off. As of today, Sept. 19 he has not fixed them.He also ripped my screen and got cement on my siding. He also did not think to put tape down so as to make a nice straight line where the step meets the patio.Desired Settlement: Want my patio door fixed and that cement,or whatever, put up the step.
