Rich Marine

Rich Marine charged me $538 to repair my boat motor after having the boat for 4 months. The motor was not repaired. I first contacted Rich Marine in May 2016 for repair. It was July before they called and said bring it in. On October 24 they said it was fixed for $538. I took it to the lake and found it was not fixed and no different then when I took it to them. They said bring it back so I did. After 3 weeks there was still no progress so I took the boat home. I took it to a reputable marine mechanic who repaired it in 2 days. I was told the likelihood of needing the $538 power module replaced by Rich was doubtful, and that the cost for the module and installation was significantly higher than other repair shops.
