Rich Aire had installed previous central A/C for old lady who had lived at propertyHe charged standard pricing for bottom line unitsCalled him for service call and he said entire system needed replacement (with cheap parts for a high price)went for competitive quote and got A/C repaired by replacing a simple part (under 100$)Rich then demanded money for a service call on top!
