Rice Square Alterations

Took my Daughter's Prom Dress to be altered. The Top was to big and the dress was to long. Lady was to take it in a little, same with the hem. When we showed up to pick up dress. Lady gave us someone other girl's dress. We had to show her a picture of our dress. She couldn't find it. looked all over. Found dress in a clutter pile near window. The place is a total mess piles everywhere. The Dress was not finished yet. Told us to come back later. When we arrive, my daughter tried on dress, dress was too small from top, hanging out. The dress was to high in length. I express my concerns to the lady. She told me dress was fine. We took the dress home. My daughter tried on dress in front of others they also said the dress was altered wrong. My daughter couldn't wear the Prom Dress. I had to go out and buy another. When I found the sales slip I called the lady explained what occurred, she told me to bring her the dress to see and she would give me a refund on alterations. I drive to the store, she gives me a hard time tells me dress is perfect and that she will not give me back a refund. Not once did she say sorry for ruing my daughter's prom dress. I would not recommend this place. I don't want this to happen to another person.Desired SettlementI want the lady to apologize to my daughter for ruining her prom dress.I want her to admit that she failed to alter the dress in the right way.I want a refund.She also needs to be organized with how she handles other's property.She needs a better system so she is not giving others items to the wrong people.
