I am rejecting this response because: I no longer live in the area and would not use Rice Plumbing if I didI don't believe I should have to spend more money with a company that ripped me off just to get the money back that they owe me

To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to the letter I received on July 7, 2016 from the Revdex.com concerning a complaint that was filed against my company Rice Plumbing, Inc, on June 22, 2016. I was on vacation overseas from 6/16/16 - 7/1/16. I did not check e-mails while I was gone, so did...
not see any correspondence from the Revdex.com until I returned. I called Mrs. [redacted] 7/8, 7/11 and 7/12 and never received a call back. We have been I business and a member of Revdex.com for 16 years and have never had a complaint filed against us. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers. We are always honest and up front about our costs, we would never intentionally mislead a customer on pricing. My receptionist who is somewhat new to the company misquoted the price of the water closet. I am rejecting this response because:It was never my intention to blindside you with a formal complaint. However, after my conversation with your office on the date of the installation I felt I had no other recourse. Surely you can understand that I felt blindsided as well when I was asked to pay $200 over the price I had been quoted. That might not be much to a lot of people, but to a single female on an educator's salary it is a big deal to me.I understand that mistakes can happen and prices can be misquoted. It is not my intention to place blame on the person I originally spoke to. I also understand that you have been on vacation and you say that you would have made this right if you had been there or I had waited, but you are back now and you know about the situation and you still have not made this right.All I am asking to settle this matter is that I am refunded the amount I paid over what I was quoted. An honest business should stand by the prices that they give their customers. I would have made a different choice if I had known the accurate pricing, but I was not given that opportunity.
